Transport

For pupils living within our catchment area, transport is provided by Lincolnshire County Council. They can be contacted on 01522 782020 with your transport enquiries. Alternatively you can visit their School Transport website.

For pupils living outside our catchment area, please contact the Transport Administrator to see if transport is available from your location and to arrange a place.

Changes to Home to School Bus Services.

From the beginning of the new school year in September 2024 a new network of dedicated home to school services will be operated by P. C. Coaches of Lincoln Ltd who will operate the following services to SWRA:

901 – Great Gonerby | Foston | Long Bennington | Balderton | Newark | Beacon Heights
902 – Swinderby | Northgate | Beacon Hill | Coddington | Beckingham
903 – ASDA | Pennells | Thorpe on the Hill | Witham St Hugh’s | Thurlby
904 – Lowfield’s | Brant Road | Waddington | Bracebridge Heath | Harmston | Navenby
905 – South Park | North Hykeham | South Hykeham | Bassingham | Carlton Le Moorland

As part of the new network of services P. C. Coaches will also offer:

No price increase during the 2024/2025 academic year and the new fares are not higher than you are currently paying the school directly.
A range of single, day & weekly tickets available to purchase from the driver paying cash or contactless payments.
A range of day, weekly, half term, term and annual tickets available through the P. C. Coaches app or website.
Bus tracking feature through the P. C. Coaches APP.
Push notifications for any delay through the P. C. Coaches APP. A dedicated email address swra@pcoaches.co.uk for any operational queries such as lost property.
Manned telephone line from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
A dedicated small team of drivers for the routes who have all undergone an enhanced DBS check with Lincolnshire County Council.
Modern vehicles with full CCTV and low emission Euro 6 engines.

M-Tickets are on sale for school bus services 901, 902, 903, 904 & 905.
